INSOLVENCY BILL

PUBLIC CONSULTATION

The Northern Ireland Assembly's Committee for Enterprise, Trade and Investment will be considering the Insolvency Bill during July. Any company or individual who may have an interest in the proposed Bill is invited to submit written evidence to the Committee by Tuesday 2 July 2002.
