MLAs SWAP SUITS FOR HARD HATS

MLAs and Ministers are set to swap their suits for hard hats and overalls when they take part in a Habitat for Humanity building project in Madrid Street, East Belfast on Friday 11 March 2011.

There will be a photograph opportunity at 11am. Media are invited to come along, talk to the participants and film the event from 11.00am – 12.00pm.

Parking:

The Madrid Street site is centrally located in a residential area. We would please ask all media to park their cars on Templemore Avenue or in the streets surrounding Madrid Street in order to minimise the disruption to residents.

The project has been organised by Habitat for Humanity, the non-denominational Christian housing movement.
