NEW SCULPTURE PRESENTED TO THE NORTHERN IRELAND ASSEMBLY
The Northern Ireland sculptress Margaret Madden will present and gift her new sculpture entitled “Agreement” to the Speaker of the Northern Ireland Assembly, William Hay MLA at an event to be held at the Assembly on Tuesday 25 January 2011.
The sculpture represents the signing of the Hillsborough Agreement which took place on 5 February 2010.
The First and deputy First Minister, signatories of the Agreement and Members of the Northern Ireland Assembly are expected to attend.
